Interview (for the site, WeAreNow.com)
By Jennifer Renter

Interviewer: What songs do you like performing live?
justincase:
Constellation, What I Wouldn't Do, Any Day Now

Interviewer: Hannah, I've gotta ask you, what do you think of all the girls swooning over your brothers?
Hannah:
Well, of course it's not my favorite thing, I'm ok with it as long as it's only looking, no touching! haha

Interviewer: What did you like most about recording the new album?
justincase:
It was an amazing learning experience and working with all the talented producers and musicians was incredible.

Interviewer: In 10 years, where do you see yourselves?
Justin:
I definitely want to be in the music business. If we aren't still performing, I would love to produce.
Nick: I see myself still playing drums or maybe working for a label.
Hannah: Well, I would love to still be performing, but I would also like to have at least started a family

Interviewer: Justin, how did you come up with your lyrics?
Justin:
Every song is different. But almost all of them come from life experiences that I have had.

Interviewer: When you write songs, do you write with a situation in mind or do write them so the listener can interpret it in their own way?
Justin:
I think that the best songs are the ones that are written with a passion but can still be interpreted by the listener. So because I have to write songs to keep me sane, I try to make them so they can be interpreted in more than one way.

Interviewer: Who do you dream of touring with?
justincase:
The list is endless of all the bands that we would love to tour with but to name a few: Goo Goo dolls, Lifehouse, nine days, Foo Fighters, Third Eye Blind.

Interviewer: Nick, I heard you play the ukulele? Would fans be seeing you play it on stage anytime?
Nick:
I don't know if I am that good, but maybe!!

Interviewer: What was it like signing to Maverick Records?
justincase:
It was a dream come true. What else can you say?

Interviewer: What kind of message would you give to those trying to break into the music business?
justincase:
it's hard to say because we are still trying to break into the business ourselves so it feels weird to give advice to others.

Interviewer: How are you different from other bands?
justincase:
There are a lot of things that separate us. We are all siblings, we have a girl bass player, we write all our own songs, and our songs are hard to compare to any other band.

Interviewer: How long did it take to record the album on Maverick Records?
justincase:
The actual recording process only took us about two and a half months and we recorded in four different studios with five different producers.

Interviewer: What's it like performing and seeing the fans onstage screaming or crying or singing along to your words?
justincase:
There hasn't been much crying yet, but it's amazing when people sing along and really get into the music. Thatís what it's all about.

Interviewer: What do you guys do when you have time off?
justincase:
relax, play sports, watch movies, play games, hang with friends.

Interviewer: Okay, last question! What's something that sticks out in each of your minds so far?
Justin:
Hearing the first song that was recorded and completely done for the first time on big speakers was pretty amazing. I am just really proud of the whole album and all the hard work that we put into it.
Nick: opening for Athenaeum.
Hannah: The night we played our showcase for Maverick records, it was totally nerve racking, but at the same time one the best performances of our lives!!

Interviewer: Thank you so much for doing this interview, justincase! You guys rock and we know we'll be seeing lots of you in the future! Good luck to you.
justincase:
Thank You!
